Introduction to Drawing with Mary Springer

Learn the fundamental principles of drawing! Mary Springer will discuss form, contour, value, and proportion. You will experiment with tonal value shading and negative vs. positive space. This class will help you see like an artist and begin to develop eye-hand coordination and connection like never before.

You will need to bring the following supplies: Sketch pad, Charcoal pencil, charcoal sticks, and vine charcoal , pencil set 4H – 6B, kneadable eraser, and any other drawing supplies you may have.
