Full Body Resistance Training
Beginner Body Weight Class will introduce the foundation of calisthenics, including push ups, pull ups, and squats using only body weight and resistance bands.
This class is open for anyone 18 years and up. Members and non-members.
Class: Fridays – 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
