About Us
The Eureka Springs Community Center
A place where people of all ages come to connect, learn, and play.
We offer health and fitness activities, a gymnasium, fitness center, outdoor trails and provide space for classes, meetings, and special events. Comfortable rental rooms and outdoor spaces are available for meetings, gatherings and events. Located on the campus of the former high school which had seen better days, the Eureka Springs Community Center is a project inspired by reclamation, re-purposement, and reuse.
Behind the Center
The Community Center is guided by The Eureka Springs Community Center Foundation, a 501c3 organization, that is transforming the abandoned Eureka Springs High School campus into a vibrant facility that engages youth, families, and seniors. We're working to energize community spirit and provide focused activities for people of all ages.
The Community Center Campus encompasses a history of place, while charting a sustainable course for the future. It supports local food sourcing, stimulates trails development, provides a community gathering place, and promotes healthy lifestyles. From our early vision for a community center to our humble beginnings, read how the Eureka Springs Community Center unfolded on the campus of our former high school.
