The Community Center is a vibrant community asset offering numerous focused activities for people of all ages. The Gym provides Pickleball and Basketball sessions, organized league games, and an opportunity to walk or jog laps around the gym’s perimeter. The Fitness Center gives people 16 years of age and older an ideal workout environment for users of all fitness levels. These two recreational areas offer opportunities for improving physical strength, helping to maintain a strong heart, and reducing weight. The social benefits of joining others in your community in these activities has a positive impact on total well-being.
Classes and workshops offered through the week include Zumba®, yoga, stretching and toning, dance, and art instruction. Schedules vary by instructor, but physical and mental benefits are consistent. The classes and workshops enhance fitness, broaden experiences, and deepen connections with our community.


Join Susan in this basic Hatha class which includes a gentle warm up, a fun Vinyasa flow to get the heart pumping, a warrior sequence to build muscles, and a the cool down which includes balance postures. A 3-5 minute meditation practice will close the class. Please bring your own mat.
Are you interested in trying out Pickleball? We have reserved courts just for you! Come explore the fastest growing sport in the nation! We meet every Wednesday evening, 3:30pm – 7:00pm & Saturday afternoon, 10:30am – 2:00pm. Balls and racquets are available.
All levels welcome in this dynamic flow. We will work on moving with the breath and having confidence in choice for your practice. Stefani helps create space in your body from where you are now. We will focus on inner awareness and concentration as we bring in some meditation in motion and in stillness. Whether you are starting out your week or ending a full work day you will leave feeling relaxed. Please bring your own mat to class.
Zumba® is a group fitness class inspired by Latin dance movements. The musical and fun class is a calorie-burning workout that is tailored to meet your individual fitness needs. Athletic shoes are required.
